Ready to bring your best?\nHow You Will Make Contributions That Matter\nLead monthly S&OP demand meetings with sales and supply chain departments\n\nGathering updates from sales, category management, and marketing that will impact future demand and adjust forecast accordingly\n\nEffectively communicate essential changes in demand trends using data driven methods to internal cross-functional partners\n\nAnalyze, and report monthly forecast accuracy KPI metrics and identify and implement solutions to improve performance\n\nResponsible for the detailed accuracy of the sales forecast to the product/location level of detail.\n\nReviewing historical sales trends and model the data to forecast future demand\n\nClosely monitor and review new and discontinued item forecasts\n\nMaintaining and refining sales history and customer master data\n\nReview and integrate customer events including new product launches, promotions, and replacement items correctly into forecasts\n\nOwn supply chain relationships with core customers for demand planning and forecasting activities; benchmark customer forecasts and partner with them on all demand related communication.\n\nComplete weekly and monthly reports and alerts to correct forecast inaccuracies and achieve sales order fill rate targets and minimize the risk of aged inventory that has a shelf-life\n\nYou are best suited for the role if you have the following experience, skills, and qualifications\n2-4 years’ experience in forecasting or supply planning, food/beverage or consumer packaged goods industry preferred.\n\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Mathematics, related field or equivalent work experience required.\n\nExperience with Power BI, Excel Spreadsheets, and SAP software solutions\n\nProficient in data retrieval, database manipulation/organization, and root cause analysis\n\nSkilled at time management and prioritization of tasks where priorities change rapidly, and tight deadlines exist.\n\nStrong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.\n\nWe Support and Care for Our Employees by Providing Them With…\nDevelopment opportunities that enhance you career fulfillment.\n\nMeaningful compensation & benefits that help you care for your family.\n\nOpportunities to contribute to your community and enhance the lives of others through Saputo products.\n\nSalary range: $73,815- $96,558\nSalary offers vary commensurate with skills, experience, education, and training.\nThis position requires a hybrid work schedule based out of Milwaukee, WI.
