Ready to bring your best?\nAbout the Role\nWe’re recruiting a Human Resources Business Partner to support our dairy processing operations across our Cobram and Kiewa sites in Northern Victoria. This is a multi-site role requiring regular travel between both locations to provide hands-on HR support to our operational leaders.\nIn this role, you will work closely with site leadership and the broader HR team to provide practical advice and deliver key people initiatives across the business.\nKey Responsibilities\nPartner with leaders across Cobram and Kiewa, delivering proactive HR support across the full employee lifecycle\nCoach and advise on employee relations matters including performance, investigations, and grievances\nSupporting with employee relations matters within a unionised and/or award-covered environment\nIdentify people-related risks and implement practical, business-aligned solutions\nSupport culture, engagement, performance and reward cycles across the client group\nFacilitate talent management, succession planning and workforce capability initiatives\nContribute to HR projects, change initiatives, and maintain accurate HR data and systems\nAbout You\nExperience in a generalist HR role at Advisor or Business Partner level\nAble to travel regularly between Cobram and Kiewa to support operational leaders on site\nStrong capability managing employee relations matters in complex environments\nProven ability to influence, coach and build relationships with leaders\nExposure to industrial relations frameworks, including awards or unionised environments, is advantageous\nExperience implementing change, project delivery or organisational initiatives\nRelevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or similar\nWhat We Offer\nOpportunity to partner with leaders across multiple sites and influence business outcomes\nUtilise and be part of a strong HR and Workplace Relations support structure\nA collaborative, safety-focused site environment looking to continuously improve\nIf you think your background and experiences match that of our next HR team member, please click “Apply for this job” to submit your application.\nSaputo Dairy Australia is an equal opportunity employer.
