Ready to bring your best?\nOverview of The Role\nThe Power BI Developer is a business-focused analytics role responsible for partnering closely with business teams to design, deliver and sustain insightful Power BI dashboards and reports. This role acts as a bridge between business users and the enterprise analytics platform, ensuring business questions are translated into clear, accurate, and performant analytical solutions.\nThe Power BI Developer plays a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making, enabling self-service analytics, and providing hands-on guidance and support to business users working with Power BI in a governed enterprise environment.\nThis role is also expected to actively leverage AI, Copilot, and automation capabilities to accelerate Power BI development, improve productivity, and enhance analytical experiences. The candidate should continuously explore and adopt emerging Power BI and Microsoft Fabric capabilities, modern development techniques, and AI-driven approaches to deliver solutions faster and more effectively.\nHow You Will Make Contributions That Matter:\nPartner directly with business stakeholders to understand business processes, KPIs, and decision needs, translating them into effective Power BI dashboards and reports\nDesign, build, and deliver Power BI reports and dashboards that translate business requirements into actionable insights\nEngineer high-quality semantic models (datasets) optimized for performance, reusability, and enterprise reporting\nOwn Power BI development standards, including data modeling, DAX patterns, visual design, and usability best practices\nPartner with Data Engineering teams to consume curated Lakehouse and Fabric data assets\nDevelop optimized DAX measures and calculations to support complex analytical requirements\nEnforce dimensional modeling best practices within Power BI semantic models\nOwn report performance tuning, including model optimization, query reduction, and visual efficiency\nValidate data accuracy and consistency across reports, dashboards, and semantic models\nSupport and resolve production issues, including data discrepancies, refresh failures, and performance degradation\nDrive user adoption by delivering intuitive, well-designed analytical experiences\nDocument report logic, data definitions, and business rules to ensure transparency and reuse\nExposure in Power BI related AI & Automation toolset (Copilot in Power BI/DAX, Fabric Data Agents, Copilot Studio, Smart Narratives, Key Influencers Visual).\nCoach and support business users on Power BI usage, self-service analytics, and best practices\nDocument data definitions, assumptions, and report logic in business-friendly language\nSupervision \nOperates independently while aligning to enterprise BI strategy and standards\nWorks closely with Data Engineers, architects, platform admin, governance and business SMEs throughout the analytics lifecycle\nSupports multiple concurrent reporting initiatives in a fast-paced enterprise environment\nCommunicates clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders\nYou Are Best Suited for The Role If You Have the Following Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Analytics, or equivalent experience\n3+ years of hands-on experience developing enterprise Power BI solutions\nStrong experience with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, with a solid understanding of modern Azure analytics services and exposure to other enterprise analytics tools in the market\nStrong foundation in:Data modeling and semantic layer design\nAnalytical reporting and dashboarding\nBusiness intelligence and data visualization\n\nExpertise in advance modeling techniques using tabular editor and DAX studio\nExperience in maintaining language translations -
