Ready to bring your best?\n2-2-3 12-hour rotation; 5 PM - 5:30 AM EST\nHow You Will Make Contributions That Matter …\nAll duties consistent with following our established SOPs to ensure the proper transfer of dairy products from blending to processing, to identified filling system in accordance with the production run schedule\nEfficient operation of the process equipment to include the high temperature heat exchange systems equipment, rigs, tanks, pumps, product lines, valves, fitting, and components\nFollow established Product Processing guidelines to ensure product meets our internal Saputo, State, and Federal Pasteurized Milk Ordinance requirements.\nEffective communication and coordination with other departments to ensure product is processed and supplied in accordance with our production run schedule, product end of run, and product changeovers.\nFollow all Chart Recording guidelines, ensure accuracy and completion of all required documentation, charts and records. Audit records at the end of each shift.\nProficiency with computer-based software and automated control systems.\nSupport internal and external compliance audits.\nProcess all products reclaim within defined guidelines.\nPerform equipment CIP/SIP/COP/Sanitation and complete department clean-up and general housekeeping as required.\nPerform routine equipment adjustments as necessary.\nPerform all required department environment controls.\nFollow all established GMP/Food Safety/Allergen policies.\nFollow all employee Health and Safety policies\nWear all required Personal Protective Equipment.\nIdentify and effectively communicate any out-of-specification product conditions.
