Effectively monitor milk receiving & loadout equipment including but not limited to: Analyzing equipment, silos, valves, pumps and cleaning equipment while adhering to all Saputo guidelines, policies, standards & procedures . This person is also required to follow Appendix N procedures & record keeping practices in relationship to antibiotic screening of all incoming milk loads. Communicate with downstream & upstream operators to ensure accurate identification & release of milk loads. Record & interpret data to make informed decisions for optimum cheese making conditions. Clean all related equipment as needed to ensure sanitary conditions. Perform assigned Master Sanitation duties. The successful applicant must possess a valid California Department of Food & Agriculture Samplers & Weighers license and a valid Appendix N certificate or have the ability to obtain them. Job Requ
