Reporting to the Supervisor, this position is responsible for order picking, loading/unloading, and general warehouse duties. Forklift experience, including High Lift, Dock Stocker and Power Jack operation is required.\nThis role works closely with production, quality, and warehouse teams to support continuous improvement and minimize downtime.\nSchedule: variable shift schedule - AM & PM, weekday & weekends\nHourly rate: $27.73 to $29.14\nHow you will make contributions that matter:\nAccurately pick and assemble orders for shipment\n\nLoad and unload delivery trucks using equipment safely and efficiently\n\nReceive incoming products and store them in designated areas\n\nInspect freight for accuracy and report any damages or discrepancies\n\nIdentify and dispose of damaged or leaking products\n\nOperate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and Power Jack\n\nTroubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic corrective actions\n\nMaintain cleanliness of the facility and perform general housekeeping duties\n\nUpdate cleaning logs and other required documentation daily\n\nRecord shift data and support inventory tracking\n\nAssist with unplanned tasks and other duties as assigned\n\nOther duties as required.\n\nYou are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications: \nValid forklift certification with hands-on experience operating a High Lift, Dock Stocker and Power Jack\n\nPhysically capable of meeting job demands (e.g., standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, working in cooler environments)\n\nComfortable using systems such as SAP, Maestro, RF scanners, and voice pick technology\n\nExperience in a food or dairy environment (asset)\n\nStrong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills\n\nSelf-motivated and results-oriented; able to work independently with minimal supervision\n\nDetail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety\n\nComfortable working in a fast-paced environment\n\nWe support and care for our employees and their families by providing:\nGenerous and complete benefit coverage with group insurance\n\nEmployee family assistance program for employees and their families\n\nGroup retirement pension plan with employer contribution\n\nEmployee Share Ownership Plan with an employer match\n\nPaid time off: Sick days and volunteer day off\n\nOpportunity to contribute to a collective RRSP & TFSA\n\nOrganized activities for employees and their families\n\nSaputo products at a discounted price\n\nWe support employment equity.
