Ready to bring your best?\nAbout the Role\n\nWe’re recruiting a Regional Training Lead to support our manufacturing operations across Northern Victoria, based at our Cobram site.\nThis is a highly influential role focused on training governance, competency assurance and compliance risk. Working closely with operational leaders, you will help shape workforce capability, drive accountability for training outcomes and ensure training investment is focused on reducing operational, safety and compliance risk.\nThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys influencing stakeholders, challenging existing practices and driving a consistent approach across the business.\nKey Responsibilities\n\nPartner with site leaders to identify and manage training and competency risks\nLead training needs analysis and prioritise capability initiatives based on risk and business impact\nDrive ownership and accountability for training and compliance outcomes\nChampion consistent training and competency standards across the site\nProvide advice on audit readiness, compliance requirements and workforce capability gaps\nMonitor training effectiveness, competency frameworks and compliance activities\nManage training priorities, budgets and external training providers\nSupport audits and the resolution of training-related non-conformances\n\nAbout You\n\nExperience in training, learning, capability or competency management within a manufacturing or operational environment\nCertificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent)\nStrong understanding of compliance, safety, quality or operational risk frameworks\nProven ability to influence, challenge and build credibility with stakeholders at all levels\nExperience driving change, improving standards and implementing consistent ways of working\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands\nConfident communicator who can provide clear advice and hold stakeholders accountable\n\nWhat We Offer\n\nA highly visible role influencing capability, compliance and business performance\nThe opportunity to partner directly with operational leaders and drive meaningful change\nA collaborative environment focused on safety, continuous improvement and operational excellence\nThe ability to shape how training and competency is managed across multiple manufacturing sites\nIf you are a training or capability professional who thrives on influencing stakeholders, driving accountability and improving workforce capability, we'd love to hear from you.\nSaputo Dairy Australia is an equal opportunity employer.
