We're looking for a passionate, commercially minded and driven Senior Brand Manager to lead the growth of our iconic Frylight brand and Private Label Oils portfolio.

Frylight is the UK's No.1 Spray Oil brand, holding more than 50% market share and remaining one of the most recognised names in the category. With over 30 years of heritage, strong brand awareness and significant untapped growth potential, this is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a market-leading brand at a pivotal stage in its evolution. As the lead marketer for Frylight, you will play a central role in shaping the future of the brand. From driving household penetration to unlocking new usage occasions and innovation opportunities, you'll be responsible for delivering ambitious long-term growth plans.

This is far more than a traditional brand management role. You'll be highly visible across the business working closely with major UK retailers and internal teams to develop compelling category stories, influence customer plans and build stronger shopper engagement. We're seeking someone who can bring fresh thinking, consumer obsession and strategic drive. As the brand owner of the Oils portfolio, you'll be responsible for shaping portfolio strategy, driving performance, developing innovative growth plans and creating integrated campaigns including out of home, social, PR and partnerships. You'll be equally comfortable analysing market data, presenting to customers and spotting the next consumer trend before it reaches the mainstream.

If you're a foodie at heart, thrive in a fast-paced FMCG environment and love building brands that consumers genuinely connect with, we'd love to hear from you.

This role is based at our Weybridge office, with the flexibility to work from home up to one day per week, subject to business requirements. Candidates must be able to work onsite a minimum of four days per week.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week.

YOU'LL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER BY...

  • Leading the long-term strategy and growth agenda for Frylight and the wider Oils portfolio
  • Developing and delivering insight-led 1-3 year brand plans that drive sustainable commercial growth
  • Owning brand performance, including market share, profitability and A&P investment.
  • Identifying consumer and market opportunities that strengthen competitive advantage and unlock growth
  • Leading the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across out of home, social, PR and shopper
  • Managing agency partners to ensure best-in-class creative, packaging and media execution
  • Building strategic partnerships with complementary brands to unlock co-marketing and innovation opportunities
  • Building compelling customer propositions and supporting category development initiatives
  • Driving innovation and renovation projects from concept through to launch
  • Collaborating closely with Commercial, Shopper Marketing, Category, Supply Chain, Finance and Innovation teams to deliver business objectives
  • Championing product quality and ensuring a consistent brand experience across all consumer touchpoints
  • Influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels to drive alignment, pace and successful execution

YOU'RE BEST SUITED TO THE ROLE IF YOU HAVE...

  • FMCG marketing experience operating at Senior Brand Manager level
  • A strong track record of delivering brand growth through strategic marketing planning and execution
  • Experience managing well-established consumer brands within a highly competitive category
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including experience managing budgets and performance delivery
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build credibility and drive engagement
  • A passion for brands, consumers and the food category
  • A growth mindset and desire to continuously improve

WE SUPPORT AND CARE FOR OUR EMPLOYEES BY PROVIDING YOU WITH…

  • Annual bonus scheme (paid quarterly)
