Ready to bring your best?\nBASIC FUNCTION:\nPerform lab testing on in-process and finished products; record and report results in order to ensure highest standards of quality are met or exceeded and in compliance with federal, state, and company specifications\nPRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:\nGathers samples for analytical testing and performs various laboratory tests on products, raw materials, ingredients and lab samples to determine if they meet necessary requirements.\nPrepares samples of products for future reference and documents results.\nExamines results of audit tests to identify problems with such things as sanitation and manufacturing processes.\nEnters laboratory data into computer system.\nAlert management when products are out of specification.\nResponsible for reporting food safety or quality problems to management and assists in appropriate personnel.\nExamines inventory to determine what supplies need to be ordered and informs appropriate personnel.\nTrains other employees on the proper use of equipment and procedures.\nMaintain a clean and orderly work environment.\nPerforms other duties of a similar nature or level.\nWork Schedule: 6pm -6am rotating 12-hour shifts\nWeek 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday\nWeek 2: Sunday, Wednesday & Thursday\nIn the USA, Saputo ranks among the top three cheese producers and is one of the top producers of extended shelf-life and cultured dairy products, with a portfolio of well-loved brands such as Stella, FrigoCheese, Montchevre, Stella, and Treasure Cave.
