Ready to bring your best?\nThe Warehouse Clerk in Franklin WI will be a key stakeholder for a new 340,000 square foot conversion facility that is slated to open in 2023 and will play an integral part of Saputo’s strategy to optimize its cheese network in North America. Saputo has a strong history in Wisconsin and are proud to be expanding our footprint in this area.\nThe Warehouse Clerk is responsible for warehouse activities that include inbound, internal, and outbound warehouse processes. The Warehouse Clerk will complete, lead and monitor completion of all warehouse tasks under direction of the Department Manager, Supervisor, and Lead, in conjunction with the warehouse and inventory teams.\nHow You Will Make Contributions That Matter:\nSafe and efficient operation material handling equipment to include lift trucks, pallet jacks and electric battery handling equipment.\n\nEffective and accurate operation of automated warehouse management software controls, inventory scanning and management tools.\n\nPerform product transfer operations from packaging to production area.\n\nSafe and efficient loading and unloading of trailers, following internal/external requirements.\n\nFollow inventory control practices and procedures.\n\nSafe and efficient operation of stretch-wrapping and palletizing equipment (if applicable).\n\nPerform inventory cycle counts of all packaging and ingredients\n\nEffective communication with internal and external customers.\n\nAbility to follow standard operating procedures (SOP’s) in detail without deviation.\n\nPerform equipment safety pre-operational inspections.\n\nAccurately and neatly complete warehouse receiving records and documents.\n\nPerform department environmental and housekeeping controls.\n\nSupport internal and external audits.\n\nFollow all established occupational health and safety procedures.\n\nFollow all established GMP’s and Food Safety requirements.\n\nAdhere to the Saputo code of ethics and actively apply the Saputo values.\n\nWork together professionally in a team environment with coworkers and other department personnel.\n\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nYou Are Best Suited for The Role If You Have The Following Experience, Skills, and Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or GED Equivalent.\n\nAbility to read and interpret documents such as customer orders, inventory reports, operating procedures to ensure documents are audited and accurate.
