Ready to bring your best?\nThe Warehouse Lead in Franklin WI will be a key stakeholder for a new 340,000 square foot conversion facility and will play an integral part of Saputo’s strategy to optimize its cheese network in North America. Saputo has a strong history in Wisconsin and are proud to be expanding our footprint in this area.\nThe Warehouse Lead supports and coordinates warehouse and shipping department activities to drive efficient operations on assigned shifts and areas. This includes coordinating and assigning customer orders, shipments, receiving product, addressing product and employee concerns, and problem resolving. This person supports Company’s policies/procedures, while leveraging all CI processes and tools.\nHow you will make contributions that matter...\nLeads a shift of team members, coordinating shipping and/or warehouse operations including shipping schedules, loading operations and material handling activities. \nPerform product inventory activities, confirming physical inventory quantity and location, reporting variances. \nPerform employing training for new employees, current employees, actively communicating procedures and workflow. Document training progression to include training gaps and opportunities. \nMonitor and communicate employees’ work schedules to meet needs of business. Provide scheduling support to backfill vacancies to minimize department operation disruption. \nRecommends improvements to reduce cost and drive productivity within the department while achieving the targeted Sales to Service Goals. \nPerform all required SAP transactions, complete all required documentation. \nAnalyzes and resolves work problems or assists workers in solving work problems. \nMaintains time and shipping records as required.
