and a thoughtful approach to every communication.\nResponsibilities include, but not limited to:\nExecute SAR's comprehensive communications and marketing strategy across internal and external audiences.\n\nDevelop and produce engaging written content, including school communications, newsletters, website updates, announcements, and marketing materials.\n\nCreate and curate content for digital platforms, including social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), email communications, and other online resources.\n\nCapture and coordinate photo and multimedia content that highlights student learning, school programs, and community life.\n\nSupport the development and implementation of communications plans for major school events, initiatives, and special projects.\n\nAssist with event communications and logistics, including advertisements and application processes.\n\nManage job postings and recruitment communications, including advertisements and application processes.\nAssist with administrative duties including expense reports, order forms, to support communications projects.\nContribute ideas and support new creative initiatives that strengthen the institution.\nQualifications:\n5-7 years of experience in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field.\n\nExceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail.\n\nExperience developing content for traditional and digital media, including social media.\nCreative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and translate them into effective communications.\nStrong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\nComfort and fluency with technology, digital tools, and content management platforms.\nExperience with photography, social media content creation, or multimedia production preferred.\nExperience working in a nonprofit organization, educational institution, or mission-driven environment preferred.\nCollaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach with the ability to work independently.\nPositive, energetic team player who thrives in a fast-paced
