Our proven safety record, technical depth, and longstanding client relationships have made us a partner of choice for Fortune 500 companies, leading general contractors, and EPC contractors.\nWe are seeking a Payroll Associate to support our Pittsburgh, PA office.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO:\nProvide data entry support that is required to update and maintain the integrity of the information in both the payroll and timekeeping systems.\nReconcile Payroll reports.\nMake payments timely and accurately.\nEnter deduction arrears for any amounts due from employees.\nBe responsible for payroll taxes and fringe reporting.\nPerforms other duties as assigned or requested.\nAny additional duties and responsibilities as delegated by Sargent Electrical Management\nWHAT YOU'LL BRING:\nFriendly demeanor, professional and businesslike dress and attitude.\nAbility to multi-task and to complete work assignments with interruptions.\nDemonstrated advanced level proficiency in Microsoft office skills (Excel, Word).\nExperience with Vista/Viewpoint experience a plus.\nREQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:\nAssociates in Accounting/Business\n1 year experience in business department using accounting software spreadsheet and database tools\nExcellent written communication skills.
