With a highly professional and experienced staff solely dedicated to the energy business, we have the ability and know-how to take on the smallest tasks as well as the largest projects.\nJob Summary\nThe Headquarters Operations Supervisor manages daily operations and maintenance for a 380,000 SF facility and more than 1,500 employees. The Headquarters Operations Supervisor strives to maintain a safe, productive, and well maintained workplace; serves as a contact for building concerns; coordinates facility services; and works closely with the property manager and external vendors.The position also collaborates on incident response, safety programs, and preparedness initiatives, helping create an outstanding workplace that supports productivity and employee retention.\nResponsibilities\nOversee corporate office building operations, including maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections.\nServe as liaison with building management regarding building issues and tenant requirements.\nSupervise 1-3 Facilities Coordinators in the corporate office.\nAct as a point of contact for incidents, safety issues, and building-operation responses.\nEscalate issues and communicate with stakeholders as necessary.\nCoordinate contractors, maintenance teams, and service providers to ensure timely, high-quality work.\nPartner with HR, IT, and department leaders on office moves, onboarding needs, and workspace planning.\nDevelop and manage project plans for facilities-related initiatives.\nCoordinate stakeholders, business partners, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.\nCoordinate and assist with the facilities components of corporate events, including town halls and employee-engagement activities.\nMaintain documentation for building-maintenance schedules, emergency procedures, and vendor agreements.\nImplement process improvements that enhance building functionality, operational efficiency, and employee satisfaction.\nMonitor office-supply, equipment, and furniture inventories and coordinate with procurement as needed.\nQualifications\nWe do not sponsor employees for work authorization in the U.S. for this position.\nQualifications:\nMinimum 10 years’ relevant experience.\nKnowledge of IWMS software, service ticketing systems, and Microsoft 365 required.\nBachelor’s degree in facilities management, business administration, operations, or a related field preferred.\nExperience developing procedures and metrics for delivering and maintaining efficient operations.\nEngineering or professional services firm experience a plus.\n\nTechnology & Innovation\nSargent & Lundy values the appropriate use of technology to improve how work gets done and deliver high-quality outcomes for our clients.
