Perform equipment sizing calculations and prepare equipment data sheets.\nPerform detailed hydraulic calculations to determine pipe sizes, control valve sizing, compressor and pump duties, etc.\nPerform facility overpressure protection calculations, PSV sizing, and documentation with supervision.\nDevelop Design Basis for new projects.\nDevelop Process Control Narrative document and support Cause & Effect document.\n\nCreate process flow diagrams (PFD) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).\nParticipate in safety reviews, HAZOP/PHAs and PSM activities.\nMaintain effective communication with project team members and with clients, vendors, and contractors.\nParticipate in the preparation of proposals for engineering services.
