Experience must include an understanding of electrical, civil, structural scopes of work, conceptual development, industry best practices, design basis, the selection of equipment and materials, and the preparation of construction packages.\nFive or more years experience in leading an engineering design team through all phases of a project design.\nTechnically knowledgeable of available equipment and proven pre-engineered systems to execute systems design.\nProven communication skillset both verbal and written in support of presentations, proposals and reports. \nExperience with serving as firm/client liaison in a support or lead engineering role.\nExperience and understanding of construction documents\nWilling to travel to project sites and/or attend client meetings.\nValued but not required skills and experience:\nFE or PE License\nPMP Certification.\nConstruction and start-up experience a plus. \nCommissioning experience a plus.\nTechnology & Innovation\nSargent & Lundy values the appropriate use of technology to improve how work gets done and deliver high-quality outcomes for our clients.
