This position functions as the primary scheduling and authorization coordinator for the Rehabilitation Department.\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\nEducation: High school diploma or GED preferred.\nExperience: One year general office experience, preferably in a health care setting.\nKnowledge and Skills: Must have excellent typing and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and ability to master department-specific software. Must have strong interpersonal, telephone, and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Must be able to perform as a team member, perform multiple tasks, work independently, and must know medical terminology.\nLicense/Certifications: American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certified.\nPhysical Requirements: Must be able to perform the essential physical requirements of the job.\nPAY RANGE\n$23.00 - $31.82\nThe posted pay range reflects the lowest to highest pay that was available for this position at the time of posting and may be subject to change. Salary offers are determined by candidate’s relevant experience and skills.
