As we continue our rapid growth trajectory in an exciting and dynamic market, we’re looking for A-players to join our team.\nRole Overview\nAs an Agent Engineer Intern, you’ll work closely with our Operations, Engineering, and Product teams while engaging directly with clients to build, deploy, and improve AI agents that solve real-world problems. You’ll build Proofs of Concept (POCs), deliver agent implementations, and help ensure our agents perform at their best.\nKey Responsibilities\nBuild & Deliver\nBuild POCs for new client use cases, from scoping to demo-ready delivery.\n\nWork with clients to understand their needs and translate them into functional agent workflows on our platform.\n\nOwn end-to-end delivery of agent implementations, including timelines and outcomes.\n\nKeep clients updated on progress and manage expectations throughout the project.\n\nQuality & Improvement\nReview voice calls and chat transcripts between AI agents and customers for accuracy, tone, compliance, and experience.\n\nScore conversations against our QA rubric, logging findings and flagging errors, hallucinations, missed cues, and compliance issues.\n\nIdentify recurring patterns and recommend prompt and workflow improvements.\n\nShare feedback with the team to inform agent training and product updates.\n\nHelp refine the QA rubric and contribute to weekly quality reports.\n\nRequirements\nFresh graduate, university student requiring co-op training, or final-semester student able to commit to the internship, in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n\nInterest in AI technologies, with a basic understanding of software testing and QA concepts;
