As we continue our rapid growth trajectory in an exciting and dynamic market, we’re looking for A-players to join our team.\nRole Overview\nAs an Agent Engineer, you’ll design, configure, and improve Voice AI agents that hold real conversations with our clients’ customers. Think of it as a client-facing prompt engineering role with project ownership: you’ll lead client projects from discovery to go-live, build prompts and conversation flows, integrate agents with client systems, and continuously improve performance based on real calls. You’ll work closely with our Operations, Engineering, and Product teams, and act as a key point of contact for clients throughout delivery.\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Build & Integrate\nDesign and refine prompts and conversation flows that shape how agents speak, respond, and handle complex requests.\n\nIntegrate agents with client systems (e.g. CRMs, booking and ticketing tools) through APIs and webhooks.\n\nBuild Proofs of Concept (POCs) for new client use cases, from scoping to demo-ready delivery.\n\nTest agents across scenarios and edge cases to ensure reliable performance before and after launch.\n\nOwn Delivery\nOwn end-to-end delivery of client projects, including scope, timelines, quality, and outcomes.\n\nServe as the main point of contact for clients, leading requirements gathering, progress updates, and expectation management.\n\nManage multiple projects at once, prioritizing effectively and flagging risks early.\n\nImprove & Optimize\nAnalyze real calls and transcripts against our quality rubric, identifying errors, hallucinations, and recurring failure patterns.\n\nTurn insights into prompt, flow, and integration improvements, and share feedback that informs our product roadmap.\n\nContribute to weekly quality reports and help evolve our quality standards and best practices.\n\nSupport and guide interns on prompting and delivery best practices.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n\nUp to 2 years of relevant experience;
