guidance and mentorship to junior team members.\nConduct regular system audits and performance tuning.\nDocument infrastructure and process workflows effectively.\nRespond to and troubleshoot multiple production environments during on-call duties.\nRequirements\nMinimum of 6 years of experience in a DevOps or similar role.\nStrong interpersonal and presentation skills.\nFamiliar with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, OCI, or GCP.\nExperience with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).\nFamiliarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitLab, or CircleCI.\nKnowledge of Infrastructure as Code principles using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.\nStrong scripting skills in languages such as Python, Ruby, or Bash.\nExperience with monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., ELK Stack, Sentry, Datadog, New Relic, etc...).\nFamiliar with DevSecOps (concept and tools).\nSolid understanding of networking concepts and protocols.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving
