Candidates who require visa sponsorship/transfer now or in the future cannot be considered.\n\nSummary:\n\nThe Data Analyst will play a key role in managing and analyzing data across Sarnova’s IT systems, supporting SQL-based reporting, web platform administration and configuration, and customer implementation projects. This position requires strong technical skills in SQL, Power BI dashboard development, and the ability to configure and maintain web-based platforms to ensure seamless customer experiences.\n\nOrganizational Impact: \n\nThis role directly influences operational efficiency and customer satisfaction by delivering accurate data insights, maintaining reliable platforms, and supporting successful implementations. Your work will enable informed decision-making, optimize workflows, and ensure that Sarnova’s technology solutions meet both internal and external stakeholder needs.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities: \nDevelop, maintain, and optimize complex SQL queries for reporting, analytics, and data validation\nDesign and build interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and usability\nCollaborate with IT and business teams to support customer implementation projects, including data migration, configuration, and testing\nPerform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights for business stakeholders\nEnsure data integrity and compliance with security and privacy standards\nDocument processes, configurations, and data workflows for internal knowledge sharing\nTroubleshoot and resolve data-related issues across systems and integrations\nParticipate in cross-functional projects to enhance reporting capabilities and system performance\nAdditional duties as assigned\n\nSkills/Experience Required:\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field required \n4–6 years of experience in data analysis and reporting within IT or enterprise environments\nAdvanced SQL skills (complex queries, joins, stored procedures, performance tuning)\nHands-on experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard design)\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment\nExcellent communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders\nExperience with customer implementation projects (data migration, onboarding) preferred\nFamiliarity with ETL tools, APIs, and data integration concepts preferred\nKnowledge of healthcare or regulated environments preferred\nExposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and data warehousing preferred\nExperience with web platform administration and configuration a big plus\n\nSarnova is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
