From designing engaging experiences to delivering programs both in person and virtually, this role will own the full L&D lifecycle and have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on development across Sarnova. You truly impact the success and career development of each person driving a culture of learning and growth.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities: \nDesign and facilitate engaging, innovative learning solutions across in-person, virtual, and blended formats using adult learning principles while maintaining established L&D standards.\nEvaluate training effectiveness and conduct ongoing curriculum audits to ensure learning programs remain impactful, relevant, and current.\nPartner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify performance and skill gaps, gather requirements, and develop and recommend effective learning solutions that meet business needs.\nManage multiple projects and priorities while providing timely updates and conducting regular reviews with key stakeholders.\n\nSkills/Experience Required:\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required\nMinimum 7+ years’ experience in a learning and development role within a corporate environment\nDemonstrated ability with learning program management, including owning programs end-to-end, stakeholder engagement, and evaluation\nProficent in delivering learning experience in virtual, in-person, and blended learning environment\nProven ability to effectively work with multiple departments across an organization.\nCan identify the business outcome and potential measurements.\nCan work with a variety of SME levels. \nExhibits strong analytical and problem solving skill.\nAbility to demonstrate adaptability and flexibility.\nAbility to work independently, exercising discretion and judgment.\nStrong collaborative abilities, within and across the organization, to fulfill needs and requests.\nSuperior interpersonal and written/oral communication skills with the ability to relate well and cooperate with others to effectively coordinate activities and accomplish goals\nSarnova is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
