You truly impact the success and career development of each person driving a culture of learning and growth.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities: \nApplies instructional systems approach to curriculum design, re-design and development\nConducts instructional design phases and activities for the proposed learning solution\nAnalyzes learning needs utilizing needs assessment techniques\nApplies principles of adult learning to the design and development of learning solutions\nDesigns and develops innovative solutions for instructor-led (in person or via web) and online courses. (These solutions may include job aids, online reference, facilitator guides, facilitator presentation, participant workbooks, eLearning, etc.)\nMaintains and promotes approved standards for all learning solutions\nSupports evaluation of the effectiveness of training programs by conducting assessments, surveys, and other feedback mechanisms which may involve analyzing data and metrics to measure the impact of learning initiatives on employee performance, productivity, and organizational outcomes.\nConducts on-going audits of existing curricula to ensure format or content changes/updates are completed in a timely manner\nParticipates in departmental and cross-functional teams for the purpose of curriculum and instructional development\nCan interpret adult learning theory and is able to adjust techniques for maximum learning transfer\nConducts facilitation of learning content to participants, both virtually, in-person, and/or through a hybrid format\nAdheres to effective learning facilitation, absent of bias, to ensure participants have the optimal experience to learn\nImplements the entire learning and development process, including setting up training calendars, coordinating training logistics, tracking training attendance, and supporting evaluation of the effectiveness of training programs.\nDevelops and maintains data and data reporting for learning in demonstrating how learning impacts business results\nAdministers the Learning Management Systems (LMS) for the company\nDevelops, implements, and maintains learning assessments, evaluations, and skill development validation\nDevelops and maintains the course catalog and learning paths for the company\nInvestigates and responds to help tickets related to learning issues\n Training Solution Recommendation\nWorks with stakeholders to identify the performance gap\nCollects training needs and objectives from business units for identified knowledge or skill gap\nIdentifies and fulfills (internal) customer needs by gathering information, asking probing questions, applying knowledge, and offering solutions\nConsults with subject matter experts and stakeholder to ensure accuracy and usability of the targeted learning intervention\nPresents learning solutions effectively to internal stakeholders and gathers feedback\nAbility to analyze and recommend learning solutions to support the needs of the business\n\nComputer-Aided Course Authoring\nIdentifies basic concepts, navigational elements and interactive capabilities of course authoring tools used for learning solutions\nDevelops online learning solutions with minimal guidance using authoring tools\nRecommends course authoring tools and technology solutions for learning\n\nBusiness Acumen\nDemonstrates a big picture understanding of the business, its interrelationships, and priorities\nEvaluates the impact of learning on performance and recommends performance solutions strategies or learning opportunities\nExecutes assigned activities to strategic business goals\n\nProject Management\nManages multiple priorities and projects simultaneously and provides timely project updates\nConducts regular and ad-hoc project review with project team, sponsors, and clients\nWorks with supervisor to identify learning specific risks associated with a project and create contingency plans\nAdditional job duties as assigned\n\nSkills/Experience Required:\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required\nMinimum 7+ years’ experience in a learning and development role within a corporate environment\nDemonstrated ability with learning program management, including owning programs end-to-end, stakeholder engagement, and evaluation\nProficient in delivering learning experience in virtual, in-person, and blended learning environment\nProficient in instructional design methodologies and their application, including adult learning theories.\nProven ability to create learning materials suited for a variety of delivery methods (instructor-led, web-based, and eLearning).\nDemonstrated proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline) and designing e-learning courses.\nProficient in data analysis and data reporting, including data visualization software, e.g., Microsoft Power BI\n3+ years working with LMS platforms \nExperience with learning dashboards that demonstrate the value of learning against business results\nDemonstrated competency in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, PPT, Excel, and Outlook). \nProven ability to effectively work with multiple departments across an organization.\nCan identify the business outcome and potential measurements.\nCan work with a variety of SME levels. \nExhibits strong analytical and problem solving skill.\nAbility to demonstrate adaptability and flexibility.\nAbility to work independently, exercising discretion and judgment.\nStrong collaborative abilities, within and across the
