Digitech leverages its proprietary technology to offer fully outsourced services that maximize collections, protect compliance, and deliver results for clients.\n\nSummary: \n\nThe Strategic Initiatives Program Manager, RCM leads strategic, cross-functional programs that drive operational efficiency across Billing Services in direct support of the Billing Services leadership team. This role owns the planning, execution, and reporting of high-impact initiatives spanning all revenue cycle functions and operations.\n\nThe ideal candidate combines strong revenue cycle knowledge with disciplined program management, data-driven analysis, and the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nLead strategic programs and projects that drive operational efficiency, cost reduction, and performance improvement across Billing Services\nPartner with the COO and Billing Services leadership team to translate strategic priorities into structured programs with clear scope, milestones, owners, and measurable outcomes\nBuild and maintain program roadmaps, project plans, status reporting, risk and issue logs, and executive-level dashboards\nEstablish governance routines with partners and internal stakeholders, including recurring business reviews, performance scorecards, and corrective action plans\nAnalyze workflows, staffing models, and productivity data to identify automation, standardization, and process improvement opportunities across the revenue cycle\nDevelop business cases, cost/benefit analyses, and return on investment models to support leadership decision-making on strategic initiatives\nPartner with Operations, Development, IT/Product, Compliance, Finance, HR, and Training to ensure programs are resourced, sequenced, and delivered on time\nEnsure all processes meet federal, state, and payer regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, PHI handling, and data security standards\nDefine and document standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflow documentation, and training materials required to support new or transitioned processes\nTrack realized benefits post-implementation and report results, risks, and course corrections to leadership\nLead change management and communication plans to drive adoption of new processes across teams\nSupport integration and onboarding activities related to acquisitions, new clients, and new service lines as assigned\nFacilitate cross-functional meetings, drive accountability for action items, and remove barriers to program execution\nAbility to independently manage all aspects of the job role including required goals and business practices in a remote environment\n\nQualifications: \nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field preferred\n5+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare operations, or a related field preferred\n3+ years of program or project management experience leading cross-functional, multi-site initiatives\nStrong knowledge of the end-to-end revenue cycle, including billing, coding, claims, denials, collections, and payer requirements\nDemonstrated experience building business cases, performance scorecards, and executive-level reporting\nProject management certification (PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent) preferred\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word); experience with project management and business intelligence tools preferred\nExcellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations\nStrong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, including with executive leadership and external partners\nAbility to influence cross-functional teams and drive change without direct authority\nHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and deadlines\nExperience working in a metrics-driven, fast-paced operational environment\nCommitment to accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement\nAbility to work across time zones to support operational teams and periodic travel as required\n\nSarnova is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
