Working under close guidance from senior engineers, you will help keep systems running reliably and securely across both on-premise and cloud environments.\nThe ideal candidate has a foundational understanding of Windows and Linux systems, a strong desire to learn, and the discipline to follow established procedures carefully. You will carry out well-defined work such as patching, user provisioning, monitoring alert triage and backup verification. Along the way, you will build hands-on skills in virtualization, scripting, networking and cloud services. This role is ideal for an early-career engineer who wants to grow quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.\nResponsibilities\nPerform day-to-day systems administration tasks across enterprise Windows and Linux environments, on-premise and in the cloud.\n\nApply operating system and application patches following established runbooks and change management procedures.\n\nProvision, modify and deprovision user accounts and access in line with internal security policies.\n\nMonitor system alerts, triage issues, and escalate problems that fall outside documented procedures or your training.\n\nPerform routine backup verification and support restore testing as part of disaster recovery practices.\n\nShadow senior engineers on incident response, troubleshooting and small infrastructure projects.\n\nDevelop simple scripts (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python) to automate repetitive tasks, with review from senior team members.\n\nAssist with hardware installation, data center rack-and-stack, and asset tracking.\n\nDocument work clearly, including procedures, configurations and ticket updates, and help keep runbooks current.\n\nFollow internal security policies and compliance requirements in all work.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\n\n1-3 years of experience in systems administration, IT support, or infrastructure roles.
