# Integration IT Manager

Job Overview When Saronic acquires a company, the IT Integration Manager will drive the shared identity through shared networks, shared security posture, shared procedures and support. This role owns that work end to end. You will travel to each newly acquired site, embed with the local team, assess what’s there, and drive the technical integration of infrastructure, networks, endpoints, identity, and security tooling into our standard environment. This is a hands-on manager role, not a pure program-management role. You’ll be the senior IT presence on the ground, coordinating closely with the infrastructure, security, and help desk teams at HQ to ensure alignment across all IT functions. Business systems integration (ERP, CRM, HRIS, finance) is owned by a separate team, you’ll coordinate with them on dependencies like identity, SSO, and network access, but the systems themselves are out of your scope.
