platforms.\nResponsibilities\nSupport and modify the deployment of manufacturing systems including MES, ERP, and MRP, ensuring reliability, data accuracy, and alignment with production workflows.\n\nLead system configuration, enhancements, upgrades, and new module deployments.\n\nTranslate manufacturing process requirements into system logic, workflows, and data structures.\n\nDesign, build, and maintain dashboards and reports to support production, quality, supply chain, and leadership decision-making.\n\nAnalyze manufacturing data to identify trends, bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.\n\nEnsure end-to-end data traceability across manufacturing, inventory, quality, and planning systems.\n\nPartner with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to improve processes using system-driven insights.\n\nSupport lean manufacturing, standard work, and continuous improvement initiatives through data and system automation.\n\nDevelop and maintain KPIs related to throughput, yield, WIP, schedule adherence, and material availability.\n\nSupport integrations between MES, ERP, MRP, PLM, and other enterprise systems.\n\nCollaborate with IT and software teams on APIs, data pipelines, and system interoperability.\n\nIdentify opportunities to automate manual data collection and reporting processes.\n\nCreate system documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures.\n\nProvide user support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for system-related issues.\n\nSupport new product introductions (NPI) and production scaling efforts from a systems perspective.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.\n\n3+ years of experience working with MES, ERP, and/or MRP systems in a manufacturing environment.\n\nStrong experience with data analysis and dashboard creation.\n\nProficiency with SQL and relational databases.\n\nExperience translating manufacturing processes into system and data requirements.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nHands-on experience with common MES or ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Epicor, Siemens, Rockwell, or similar).\n\nExperience with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).\n\nFamiliarity with manufacturing KPIs, lean principles, and production planning concepts.\n\nExperience supporting high-mix, low-volume or complex manufacturing environments.\n\nScripting or automation experience (Python, VBA, etc.).\n\nPhysical Demands\nProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer\n\nOccasional
