Lead system configuration, enhancements, upgrades, and new module deployments. Translate manufacturing process requirements into system logic, workflows, and data structures. Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports to support production, quality, supply chain, and leadership decision-making. Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. Ensure end-to-end data traceability across manufacturing, inventory, quality, and planning systems. Partner with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to improve processes using system-driven insights. Support lean manufacturing, standard work, and continuous improvement initiatives through data and system automation. Develop and maintain KPIs related to throughput, yield, WIP, schedule
