The Manager keeps physical material flow aligned with system execution in the ERP/WMS, and builds the training and certification programs that make that alignment repeatable at every site.\nThe Manager also leads the Supply Training & Analysis Team, which develops curriculum, delivers and certifies training, and analyzes performance data to confirm readiness across Supply Chain Materials.\nResponsibilities\nProcess and SOP Standardization\nDevelop, publish, and maintain standardized SOPs for receiving, storage, inventory control, kitting, and replenishment.\nDrive enterprise-wide standardization so every site runs the same core processes, with documented, approved exceptions only.\nManage SOP version control and change management so field practice and written procedure stay aligned.\nSystems Alignment (ERP/WMS)\nAlign physical material flow with ERP/WMS transactions to ensure inventory accuracy and end-to-end traceability.\nAct as SME for materials-related system configuration, transaction discipline, and process-to-system gaps.\nPartner with IT, Finance, Production, and Quality to define requirements and resolve system or data issues.\nTeam Leadership\nLead, develop, and set priorities for the Supply Training & Analysis Team.\nSet the team's annual plan for curriculum releases, site training cycles, readiness assessments, and reporting.\nCoach team members on instructional quality, data analysis, and technical depth in materials and warehouse operations.\nAudits, KPIs, and Corrective Action\nConduct process audits and monitor KPIs, including inventory accuracy, pick accuracy, dock-to-stock time, and shortages.\nLead root cause analysis and implement corrective action plans (CAPs), and feed recurring findings back into SOPs and training.\nReport site readiness and performance trends to Supply Chain leadership.\nSystems and Production Scaling\nSupport production scaling with historical data pulled from current programs of record.\nPrepare new and expanding sites to operate to enterprise standards from day one.\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience\n5+ years in supply chain, warehouse, or materials management\nERP/WMS experience\nStrong understanding of inventory control and material flow\nPreferred\nStartup or scaling manufacturing experience\nLean / Six Sigma background\nExperience developing SOPs, training programs, or certification processes\nExperience leading or mentoring a team\nPhysical Demands\nProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer\n\nOccasional standing and walking within the office\n\nManual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment\n\nVisual acuity to read screens, documents, and reports\n\nOccasional reaching, bending, or stooping to access file drawers, cabinets, or office supplies\n\nLifting and carrying items up to 20 pounds occasionally (e.g., office supplies, packages)\n\nBenefits\nMedical Insurance: Comprehensive health insurance plans covering a range of services\nSaronic pays 100% of the premium for employees and 80% for dependents\nDental and Vision Insurance: Coverage for routine dental check-ups, orthodontics, and vision care\nSaronic pays 100% of the premium under the basic plan for employees and 80% for dependents\nTime Off: Generous PTO and Holidays\nParental Leave: Paid maternity and paternity leave to support new parents\nCompetitive Salary: Industry-standard salaries with opportunities for performance-based bonuses\nRetirement Plan: 401(k) plan with company match\nStock Options: Equity options to give employees a stake in the company’s success\nLife and Disability Insurance: Basic life insurance and short- and long-term disability coverage\nPet Insurance: Discounted pet insurance options including 24/7 Telehealth helpline\nAdditional Perks: Free lunch benefit and unlimited free drinks and snacks in the office\nSaronic CCPA Notice for Candidates and California Employees\nIf this role is based in the United States, it requires access to export-controlled information or items that require “U.S. Person” status.
