# Staff Financial Analyst - Programs

Job Overview We are seeking a Staff Financial Analyst to join our Finance team as a key contributor to our Programs and Topline Finance function. This role will own program finance workflows across revenue-generating contracts and production programs, and support the revenue forecast that informs company-wide planning. You will play a critical role in connecting program execution with financial outcomes. You will own EACs, margin, and revenue forecasting, partner closely with Program Management, Production, Operations, and Accounting, and help mature and scale the systems and processes already in place as Saronic moves into production. This role is ideal for someone with deep program finance experience who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, building on the foundation already in place, and bringing financial clarity to a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
