Based in Ahmedabad, India, you will contribute to the effectiveness of our finance operations by collaborating with customers, business teams, and internal stakeholders to drive timely collections, resolve account discrepancies, and maintain financial accuracy.\nGrow with us - Your Responsibilities\nManage customer collections through regular follow-up activities, including emails, calls, and customer visits, to ensure timely receipt of outstanding payments\nMonitor outstanding receivable balances and proactively support collection activities to improve cash flow performance\nPerform customer account reconciliations and coordinate with internal teams and customers to investigate and resolve discrepancies\nSubmit invoices, account statements, and supporting documentation to customers as required\nCollaborate with sales and business teams on collection-related matters and customer dispute resolution activities\nMaintain accurate records of collection status, customer communications, and follow-up actions within established processes\nSupport month-end closing activities related to Accounts Receivable operations and financial reporting requirements\nAssist with statutory, internal, and tax audits by preparing schedules and providing supporting documentation\nEnsure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal control procedures\nSupport ad hoc assignments and additional finance operational activities as required\nWhat will convince us\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field\n3 to 8 years of professional experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance Operations, or a related finance function\nGood understanding of accounting principles, receivables management, and financial processes\nProficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems; SAP experience is preferred\nStrong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving capability\nEffective communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills with strong follow-up discipline\nAbility to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines\nGood spoken and written English communication skills\nCollaborative working style, reliability, and a strong commitment to teamwork and accountability\nAbout Sartorius\nSartorius is part of the solution in the fight against cancer, dementia, and many other diseases.
