Through your contribution to reliable manufacturing processes, you will help our teams focus on what matters most: better health for more people.Based in Lourdes (65), you will become part of a team of dedicated professionals who look forward to shaping the future together with you.\nGrow with us - Your Responsibilities\nDefine, implement and validate the manufacturing & control processes (through the writing of work instructions)\nDefine and validate the manufacturing and control processes in collaboration with the Quality and Production departments.\nTime the different assembly steps and suggest organizational changes/improvements.\nSupport the ergonomics improvement workshops\nIdentifies the needs and improvement opportunities and lead continuous improvement workshops\nPromote the use of the continuous improvement tools or lean techniques.\nMonitor and report the progress of the workshops\nCoach others and develop the continuous improvement culture in the company\nWork in collaboration with the Continuous Improvement & Technology department and global quality to ensure the consistency of the tools deployed.\nWhat will convince us\nMaster's degree in Science, Mechanical Engineering, Continuous improvement or equivalent\nAnalytical, data-driven and problem-solving ability\nExperience in process analysis and time study of a manufacturing process\nExcellent communication and presentation skills\nGood knowledge of the CI tools (5S, visual management, Wastes identification, problem solving…) is required.\nPrevious experience in leading continuous improvement workshops\nAble to train others\nGood written and spoken English is a plus\nAbout Sartorius\nSartorius is part of the solution in the fight against cancer, dementia, and many other diseases.
