Field Service Technician Ambr (F/M)

Join our team and play a key role in supporting customers with Ambr systems, delivering service that drives customer satisfaction, maximizes retention, and contributes to our mission of creating a healthier future and better health for more people. As a Services Technician (F/M), you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance, inspection, and repair operations on Ambr systems to ensure the highest level of service excellence and operational performance. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention, and increases profitability. The Services Technician (F/M) should preferably be based in north-east Spain (Bilbao, San Sebastián, Burgos, etc.), while supporting customers across Spain and Portugal.

Grow With Us - Your Responsibilities

• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches or ensure the preventive maintenance, installation and repair of Ambr systems'

• Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks

• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions

• Produce timely and detailed service reports

• Document processes

• Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems

• Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols

• Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organisation

• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings

What will convince us

• Technical degree or certification

• 2+ years proven field service experience

• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment

• English literacy

• Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules

• Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
