The intern will assist in organizing / supporting events and initiatives that strengthen our brand presence across the region.\nWorking closely with the regional marketing team, this role offers hands-on exposure to marketing operations, event coordination and creative content development in a dynamic APAC environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nEvents & Customer Experiences\nSupport the planning and execution of regional marketing events, webinars and trade shows across Asia\n\nAssist with event logistics including registration, vendor coordination, event materials, and on-site support\n\nBe part of the action during live or virtual events and help ensure smooth execution\n\nCreative & Design Support\nCreate marketing assets such as social media graphics, event visuals and presentation slides using tools like Canva or PowerPoint\n\nSupport the development and organization of marketing materials and content libraries\n\nMarketing Operations\nProvide administrative and coordination support for marketing programs and event planning\n\nAssist with tracking campaign activities, managing timelines, and supporting team coordination\n\nWork closely with the regional marketing team on a variety of ongoing marketing initiatives\n\nQualifications:\nAbility to work collaboratively in a team and contribute ideas\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in an Asian language is a plus\nCurrently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, Design, or a related field\nStrong interest in marketing, events and creative content development\nGood organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks\nBasic design skills using tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, or Adobe Creative Suite are an advantage\nFamiliarity with social media platforms and digital marketing is a plus\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nProactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment\nAbout Sartorius\nSartorius is part of the solution in the fight against cancer, dementia, and many other diseases.
