Based in Bangalore, India, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure products reach the marketplace on time while supporting our mission of delivering better health for more people.\nGrow with us - Your Responsibilities\nMaintain Bills of Materials and production structures in collaboration with Engineering and Design teams\nCreate and manage production schedules that support agreed forecasts and customer delivery commitments\nEnsure production lead times remain realistic by aligning plans with material availability and manufacturing capabilities\nIdentify, escalate, and expedite material shortages while proactively addressing potential supply constraints\nControl the sequence and priority of materials and services supplied to production cells across a diverse product portfolio\nPartner with Sourcing to resolve existing and anticipated material supply issues, including storage capacity planning, while ensuring procurement delays do not affect manufacturing timelines\nSupport business functions through problem solving, stakeholder collaboration, and proactive communication with internal customers\nFacilitate the introduction of new products from project BETA phase through full integration into operations\nCreate, analyze, and publish monthly team metrics, weekly capacity reports, and daily production order release and material issue reports\nAttend daily review meetings to understand operational concerns and line stoppage issues and support resolution activities\nMonitor and report key operational performance indicators, including Delivery Reliability, Inventory, and Planned versus Actual performance\nSupport S&OP and Demand Planning activities to ensure alignment between demand and operational capacity\nMaintain accurate master data within SAP to support planning and operational excellence\nWhat will convince us\nAcademic degree in a business-related discipline\nMinimum 10 years of experience working in a technical environment within a production company\nExperience working with ERP systems\nStrong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production operations\nExperience in materials management and production scheduling within a production environment\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with database usage and management\nEffective problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills\nStrong stakeholder collaboration capabilities and a customer-focused mindset\nSelf-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and drive results\nFluent English communication skills\nAbout Sartorius\nSartorius is part of the solution in the fight against cancer, dementia, and many other diseases.
