material optimization, and product enhancement.\nManufacturing Process Optimization:\nOversee and improve manufacturing processes to ensure the efficient production of refractory ceramics.\nWork closely with production teams to monitor the quality and consistency of ceramic products during manufacturing.\nIdentify and troubleshoot production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and waste.\nQuality Control and Compliance:\nEnsure all refractory materials comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and customer specifications.\nDevelop and implement quality control procedures for the testing and inspection of ceramics during production.\nMaintain accurate records of product testing, development processes, and compliance documentation.\nResearch and Development:\nConduct ongoing research to enhance the performance of refractory ceramics, focusing on improving durability, thermal resistance, and chemical stability.\nStay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in ceramic engineering and refractory materials.\nLead or participate in R&D projects to develop innovative solutions to industry challenges.\nTechnical Support and Consultation:\nProvide technical support and guidance to production teams, customers, and clients on the application of ceramic materials.\nAssist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to team members.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Ceramic Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).\nProven experience working in a refractory, ceramics, or materials science-based industry.\nIn-depth knowledge of ceramic materials, especially refractory and heat-resistant materials.\nExperience with manufacturing processes such as sintering, casting, and molding.\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.\nFamiliarity with quality control systems and testing methods for ceramic materials.\nAbility to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with cross-functional departments.\nProficiency in using engineering software for design, modeling, and analysis.\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience with high-temperature applications and thermal analysis.\nFamiliarity with industry standards such as ASTM and ISO related to refractory ceramics.\nKnowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) software.\nWorking Conditions:\nAbility to work in a laboratory and industrial setting.\nOccasional travel to customer sites or partner facilities may be required.\nSafety equipment (PPE) must be worn when
