management, and cloud computing platforms.\nKnowledge of IT security practices and protocols.\nFamiliarity with industry-specific software or process control systems used in refractory manufacturing.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with various departments.\nAbility to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.\nDesired Skills:\nCertifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), or similar.\nExperience with ERP
