implement corrective actions.\nMonitor and evaluate product feedback, suggesting improvements based on customer complaints or product failures.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization, reduced waste, and enhanced product quality.\nSupplier Quality Control:\nCollaborate with suppliers to ensure raw materials meet quality requirements.\nConduct audits and inspections on incoming raw materials, ensuring they meet the required standards before being used in production.\nHealth, Safety, and Compliance:\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the quality control processes.\nPromote a safety-conscious culture by enforcing safe working practices in the QC laboratory and production areas.\nualifications:\nEducation:\nBachelor's degree in Materials Science, Ceramic Engineering, Metallurgy, or related field.\nExperience:\nMinimum 5 years of experience in a quality control role, preferably in the refractory, ceramics, or manufacturing industry.\n Skills:\nIn-depth knowledge of quality control standards and testing procedures in refractory materials.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.\nExcellent communication and leadership skills.\nFamiliarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma).\n Certifications:\nCertifications in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO auditor) would be a plus.\nWorking Conditions:\nFull-time position.\nOccasional overtime may be required to meet production deadlines.\nWork is typically
