machinery used in refractory production.\nMonitor the performance of equipment and systems to predict potential failures and initiate corrective actions.\nEnsure the proper lubrication, calibration, and alignment of machinery as per the manufacturer’s specifications.\n3) Breakdown Management and Troubleshooting:\nAct as the first point of contact for mechanical breakdowns during the shift.\nLead quick and effective troubleshooting to minimize production downtime.\nPerform hands-on repairs and maintenance when necessary, including repairing pumps, valves, rotating equipment, motors, and other mechanical systems.\nMaintain a record of all breakdowns and repairs for continuous improvement and root cause analysis.\n4) Safety and Compliance:\nEnforce safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.\nEnsure compliance with regulatory standards, including environmental and safety regulations, specific to the refractory industry.\nConduct safety checks, audits, and equipment inspections to minimize hazards related to high temperatures, dust, and heavy machinery.\n5) Equipment and Spare Parts Management:\nMaintain an up-to-date inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment required for mechanical maintenance.\nEnsure timely procurement of critical spare parts to avoid delays in maintenance work.\nCollaborate with the procurement team to manage inventory and ensure essential parts are available.\n6) Team Development and Training:\nProvide training and guidance to new and existing maintenance staff.\nEnsure targets or quality.\nCommunicate any critical equipment issues to production and management for appropriate action.\nQualifications and Skills:\nEducation:\nA diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.\nExperience:\nMinimum 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in the refractory, cement, or heavy industrial sector.\nAt least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or shift in-charge role.\n Technical Skills:\nIn-depth knowledge of mechanical systems such as kilns, mills, crushers, pumps, compressors, and conveyors.\nProficiency in using mechanical tools and diagnostic equipment.\nFamiliarity with refractory production processes and high-temperature equipment.\nExperience with maintenance management software (CMMS) for tracking and reporting.\nLeadership Skills:\nStrong leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to motivate and train a team of
