Job Description: Job Purpose Oversee and manage all IT operations across the hospital, ensuring secure, reliable, and well-integrated technology systems that support both medical and administrative functions. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage all IT operations within the hospital, including network infrastructure and systems. Implement and maintain secure and scalable hospital networking setups (LAN, WAN, WiFi, VPN). Lead the planning and rollout of hospital software systems. Ensure integration and smooth functioning of all medical and non-medical software. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues across all departments. Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, installation, and maintenance through Supply Chain. Monitor system performance and ensure uptime of critical hospital services. Implement cybersecurity measures and ensure data privacy and protection compliance. Maintain inventory of IT assets, licenses, and warranties. Train and support staff on new technologies, systems, and IT best practices. Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and disaster recovery plans. Supervise IT staff or outsourced service providers, if applicable.
