The successful candidate will manage project delivery, customer relationships, project governance, and financial performance while ensuring successful project outcomes and high customer satisfaction. Implementation PM is responsible for all aspects of project management including direction, planning, coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of software implementation projects while ensuring alignment with SAS strategy, customer expectations, and business objectives.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nLeads customer-facing software implementation projects throughout the project lifecycle.\nDevelops and maintains project plans, schedules, and delivery milestones.\nManages project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.\nServes as the primary contact for customers and key stakeholders.\nProvides project governance, progress reporting, and status communications.\nCoordinates project resources, internal teams, and third-party vendors.\nMonitors project budgets, forecasts, and overall financial performance.\nEnsures project deliverables meet quality, schedule, and customer expectations.\nSupports post-implementation activities and transition to support teams.\nContributes to proposal development and other pre-sales activities as needed.\nAdditional Responsibilities\nSupports continuous improvement initiatives and project management best practices.\nContributes to consulting practice development and operational excellence.\nParticipates in knowledge-sharing and organizational initiatives.\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities\nStrong project management and stakeholder management skills.\nExcellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to lead cross-functional project teams and build consensus.\nStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.\nKnowledge of project governance, risk management, and budgeting principles.\nUnderstanding of software development and implementation environments.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to travel as business needs require.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nExperience managing software implementation, technology, or enterprise application projects.\nExperience working directly with customers and stakeholders.\nUnderstanding of software implementation and delivery methodologies.\nDemonstrated experience in project governance, risk management, and project financial oversight.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills in English.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPMP certification.\nExperience within the Financial Services industry, including Banking or Insurance.\nExperience working in a client-vendor/client-supplier environment.\nUnderstanding of Analytics, AI, Fraud, or Risk solutions.\nExperience supporting proposal development or business development activities.\nExperience supporting post-implementation, maintenance, or managed services environments.\nHindi language skills are welcome but not
