The IDeaS.Lab team leads this effort through continuous innovation to develop new solutions together with our internal teams, clients & partners.\nThe Project Manager, Emerging Solutions reports directly into the Director, Emerging Solutions and plays an essential role in developing and leading all project management related activities within the IDeaS.Lab department. A results driven, curious and innovation focused team player, the Project Manager, Emerging Solutions is at the forefront of breaking new ground, aligning projects with business strategy in a rapid business environment.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nDevelops detailed project plans to achieve time-bound initiatives for a broad range of new industry/product/solution concepts, achieving required milestones and objectives.\nEnsures cross-departmental stakeholder alignment and support for project goals.\nMonitor and track project progress, adapting to changing goals and business need to ensure all stages of emerging product development are achieved.\nDevelops and delivers executive ready materials utilizing AI and other department tools: (e.g., insight summaries, recommendations, client briefs) that clearly articulate value, impact, and risk.\nCommunicates and tracks regularly on the status of project goals by ensuring project results meet requirements regarding quality, reliability, schedule, and cost.\nBuilds and supports the initial Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) using AI and other artifacts required for MVP development.\nProvides direction and support to the IDeaS.Lab team to ensure accomplishment of agreed upon goals, objectives, and deadlines.\nAssembles and coordinates, while managing resource availability and scheduling.\nReports on progress of project to all stakeholders by presenting reports defining project progress, risks and solutions on weekly, monthly, quarterly cadences.\nSuccessfully manages relationships with the external innovation partners, third parties/vendors and all other stakeholders.\nDelivers project handover for next stage teams.\nAdditional Responsibilities\nFunction as lead on execution of IDeaS.Lab established departmental processes.\nReviews and makes recommendations regarding processes and/or procedures to improve efficiency, customer service, quality and/or cost savings.\nWillingness to experiment and be self-motivated in a fast-paced environment while also remaining flexible\nHighly adaptable to change and expected to manage projects which have a high degree of uncertainty, in areas where IDeaS has limited prior experience.\nContinuously builds domain expertise in IDeaS solutions, analytics, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to influence solution innovation.\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities\nAbility to work across project teams and gain consensus\nLeverage IDeaS approved AI tools and IDeaS.Lab processes to drive more value and efficiency\nExcellent organizational and problem-solving skills\nAbility to manage multiple, initiatives simultaneously\nSkilled in managing projects with a high degree of uncertainty\nConfident in fast-paced environment, with ability to adhere to deadlines\nKnowledge of MS Teams and SharePoint\nProficient in MS Project, Wrike or similar project management tools preferred\nProficient with AI tools (Copilot)\nExcellent negotiation, facilitation, and presentation skills\nExcellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills\nAbility to work/communicate effectively and efficiently in teams, including virtual teams.\nWe Support Who You Are….\nAs a global company, we strive to create an inclusive environment where diverse perspectives spark innovation and meet the challenges of an evolving world.
