This role will work alongside another iOS developer and a dedicated tester to support, enhance, and evolve the mobile experience for Orion users.\nThe ideal candidate will provide technical leadership for the mobile application, ensure ongoing alignment with Apple platform requirements, support changes to Orion APIs and user experiences, and deliver new capabilities requested by the business. Orion Mobile is a strategic extension of the Orion platform and requires dedicated ownership to maintain a high-quality, secure, and modern user experience.\nExperience: 7-10 Years\nAs an IOS Developer, you will:\nShare ownership of the Orion Mobile application with another iOS developer.\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain native iOS application features.\nEnsure compatibility with evolving Apple iOS releases, SDKs, and development tools.\nPartner with Orion application teams to support API, UI, and business process changes.\nCollaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to translate requirements into mobile solutions.\nWork closely with a dedicated tester to ensure quality, stability, and reliability.\nParticipate in application support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.\nPerform code reviews and contribute to development best practices.\nMaintain technical documentation and support knowledge sharing across the team.\nContribute to planning, estimation, and delivery activities within an Agile development environment.\nRequired qualifications\nStrong experience developing native iOS applications using Swift.\nExperience integrating mobile applications with REST APIs and backend services.\nUnderstanding of mobile application architecture, design patterns, and best practices.\nExperience working within Agile software development teams.\nStrong problem-solving and debugging skills.\nAbility to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nExperience working within source control and CI/CD environments.\nDemonstrated ability to support and enhance production applications.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting enterprise business applications.\nExperience with modern iOS frameworks and user interface technologies.\nKnowledge of mobile application security and authentication patterns.\nExperience working with automated testing practices.\nExperience distributing and supporting enterprise mobile applications.\nFamiliarity with CRM, sales, or business productivity applications.\nExperience collaborating with UX, QA, and API development teams.\nYou are welcome here.\nAt SAS, it’s not about fitting into our culture - it’s about adding to it.
