We’re recognized around the world for our inclusive, meaningful culture and innovative technologies by organizations like Fast Company, Forbes, Newsweek and more.\nAbout the job\nAs a Sr Associate Program Manager, Global Channels, you’ll work directly with the Channel Operations Manager on the development and execution of all aspects of the SAS Partner Program. This includes the operational execution strategy of all program requirements and benefits, systems, governance and metrics of the program. In addition, you’ll serve as an ambassador for the Partner Program to help drive awareness and adoption with both internal stakeholders and the partner community.\nYou Will,\nDevelop and implement short- and long-term goals and objectives to achieve the successful outcome of the program.\nPrioritize enhancements and updates to the partner program.\nSolidify support from stakeholder organizations to develop program enhancements. Liaise with stakeholder organizations to ensure successful communication about program enhancements, news and updates.\nEvaluate overall effectiveness of the program by reviewing 360 survey results, benchmarking data from 3rd party consultant, and feedback from the regions. Use this data to develop recommendations regarding areas for program improvements to ensure that the Partner Program meets the needs of the Global Channels organization and is effectively meeting the goals and objectives for the Program.\nSupport teams responsible for implementing enhancements and updates to the program. Collaborate with leads on various program components.\nEnsure that Global Channel personnel are educated on the program so that they can successfully support the program with their partners. Provide timely responses to questions about the program. \nYou’ll also\nSupport one or more large scale complex programs.\nMonitor effectiveness of Partner Program and makes recommendations for improvement.\nBuild a business case for potential process and/or procedure solutions and completes cost/benefit analyses as support.\nRecommend process improvement audits and/or operational reviews for management consideration.\nEmbrace curiosity, passion, authenticity and accountability.
