We're recognized around the world for our inclusive, meaningful culture and innovative technologies by organizations like Fast Company, Forbes, Newsweek and more.\nExperience: 2-4 Years\nJob Description\nDevelops and supports robust quality engineering solutions at every layer of the software development life cycle.\nEmpowers team to continuously deliver enterprise grade software to production by engineering quality into our continuous delivery pipeline.\nDesigns, develops and executes high quality, flexible and scalable applications, frameworks and tools.\nDesigns, develops, and executes test plans, and test scenarios.\nAutomate tests, analyze test results to ensure existing functionality and recommend corrective action.\nIdentify, triage, track, and verify defects in the software.\nMaintain and enhance existing automated test suites.\nReviews relevant documentation.\nEngages in code reviews for product, test, and infrastructure code.\nCollaborate with members of the development and testing teams to understand the domain/business requirements.\nWork closely with local as well as remote dev/test teams to ensure timely deliveries.\nCommunicate accurate status, risks, and perform other duties as may be assigned.\nUnderstands the role of deployment, migration, security, and performance in the continuous delivery lifecycle.\nRequirement:\nExperience in Python programming.\nSound knowledge in Playwright automation framework for UI testing.\nKnowledge on UI and API Automation\nSound knowledge in Robot automation framework, Postman for API testing\nAbility to work on Windows and Linux.\nKnowledge of Unit testing methodologies\nWillingness to work in different technologies and programming environments\nSound in fundamentals of object-oriented principles and related design aspects\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nStrong problem-solving skills.\nMandatory Technical Skills\nExperience with software testing techniques and the use of UI driven automation tools (i.e. Playwright)\nStrong trouble-shooting and debugging skills.\nStrong programming skills\nGood understanding of testing concepts, including working in an agile environment.\nKnowledge of REST API testing.\nFamiliar with API testing tools like Postman and/or Python Robot framework a plus\nExperience on Windows as well as UNIX\nAbility to think analytically and effectively communicating problems and fixes.\nPreferred\nExpertise in test automation using Playwright\nExpertise REST API automation using\nYou are welcome here.\nAt SAS, it’s not about fitting into our culture - it’s about adding to it.
