In this position, you will play a key role in driving demand and building brand awareness in Japan and may support regional industry marketing programs. Working closely with the frontline organization and regional teams, you'll deliver integrated marketing campaigns that engage customers, generate pipeline, and support business growth.\nAs a Senior Associate Marketing Specialist, you will:\nDevelop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive demand, customer engagement, and brand awareness. \nSupport go-to-market initiatives by aligning marketing activities with business priorities and sales objectives.\nPartner with sales, customer advisory, industry experts, and regional teams to deliver impactful customer experiences and pipeline growth.\nManage leads generation activities such as, in-person events, webinars, digital campaigns, etc.\nAnalyze campaign performance and market insights to optimise results and maximise ROI.\nAdapt global campaigns and messaging to resonate with Japanese audiences and local market needs. \nEmbrace curiosity, passion, authenticity and accountability.
