This role designs and implements scalable processes that promote accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency, with a strong focus on ASC 606 compliance, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to support continued growth and organizational scalability.\nWhat you’ll be doing...\nLead revenue accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely recognition of revenue in accordance with ASC 606 and SAS accounting policies.\nManage end-to-end billing operations, including invoicing accuracy, system integration, customer communications, and dispute resolution.\nDirect the accounts receivable function, including credit management, collections strategy, and aging reporting.\nDrive process improvements, automation, and the adoption of AI-enabled tools in revenue and billing workflows to increase accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.\nPartner with cross-functional teams including Sales Ops, Legal, Product, and FP&A to ensure contract compliance and operational alignment.\nLead and support the design of scalable billing and revenue operations as the company transitions to public-readiness.\nOwn audit readiness and support internal and external audits related to revenue and billing.\nDevelop revenue and billing policies and procedures to support financial controls, data integrity, and risk mitigation.\nSupervise and mentor team members, providing leadership, training, and performance management.\nDeliver regular reporting and analysis of billing metrics, revenue trends, and collection performance to senior leadership.\nAct as a liaison between finance and IT for billing system improvements and integrations.\nLead ASC 606 training initiatives and serve as a subject matter expert on revenue recognition practices.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nWhat you’ll bring to us…\nBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred.\n10+ years of progressive experience in accounting, with 5+ years focused on revenue recognition or billing in a SaaS or software company.\n5+ years of management experience.\nPublic company or IPO experience preferred.\nStrong In-depth knowledge of ASC 606 and GAAP revenue recognition practices is essential.\nStrong technical accounting and internal control background.\nExperience managing billing platforms and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).\nExperience leveraging automation, AI-enabled tools, or emerging technologies to improve accounting processes, controls, and decision-making.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nProven ability to lead teams and collaborate cross-functionally.\nAbility to drive change in a fast-paced and evolving environment.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nProficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook\nTravel as business requirements dictate at management discretion.\nWe Support Who You Are….\nAs a global company, we strive to create an inclusive environment where diverse perspectives spark innovation and meet the challenges of an evolving world.
