Job Purpose Support day-to-day IT operations and enable digital initiatives across the organization, ensuring reliable end-user services, secure systems, and the effective use of AI and data. Key Responsibilities End-User Support: Deliver responsive technical assistance to staff and departments. System Administration: Perform ongoing system monitoring and administration to ensure high availability. AI & Digital Innovation: Assist in the deployment and support of AI tools and automation. Data Analytics: Create and maintain data analytics dashboards and visualizations (e.g., Qlik, Talend). Content Management: Oversee video development, maintenance, and the organization's intranet.
