patient medication profiles (manual or electronic);\n\nLabelling drugs, chemicals and other pharmaceutical preparations;\n\nPreparing compounds;\n\nControlling inventory;\n\nRecording narcotic and controlled drug entries;\n\nAccepting written prescriptions or refill requests from patients;\n\nReplenishing stock bottles;\n\nDirecting patients to non-prescription medications;\n\nEducation\nPharmacy Technician Diploma from a recognized educational institution or equivalent combination of education and experience;\n\nKnowledge and Abilities\nKnowledge of brand and generic names of pharmaceuticals;\n\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills;\n\nAbility to work independently;\n\nKnowledge and compatibility with CHSA policies and philosophy.\n\nA
