management principles and practices.\nConstruction administration and contract management.\nContract law and tendering procedures.\nCanadian Highway Bridge Design Code requirements.\nComputer applications used in structural engineering and infrastructure management.\nYou will demonstrate the ability to:\nAnalyze technical information and make sound engineering decisions.\nManage projects from initiation through completion, including financial management and contract administration.\nPlan, prioritize, and coordinate multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.\nPrepare engineering proposals, reports, and cost estimates.\nBuild and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.\nFacilitate discussions and resolve conflicts through negotiation and consensus building.\nCommunicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, both verbally and in writing.\nA valid Class 5 driver's licence, extensive travel throughout
